  • It takes about two years to transition from a corporate person to an entrepreneur.
  •  Too much money was put on bureaucratic things which are unnecessary for an early-stage project.

Yuchen Zhang has a solid background in engineering and software from three universities and vast entrepreneurial experience both in China and abroad.
