Show Notes

💡 China is undergoing huge growth. Exponential opportunities are very attractive to young professionals.
💡 In the US, you work at a job in a high-pressure environment, you deliver, and a lot of your passion you build outside of your job. In China, it's a creation of things like WeChat, where it totally blurs personal and professional lines.
💡 We train and invest in people, not the ideas.
💡 Innovation never yields quick results.
💡 The Chinese corporations' challenge is to change some of the people's mindsets to be able to take more risks.

Got educated in China, the USA, and the UK, Jade Hsiao started her career in New York City. But after a couple of years, Jade moved to China, where her passion for food led her to join Danone. Currently, as acceleration manager at XNode, Jade invests her time and efforts to drive innovation for big corporations.
